Refund policy

  • We provide a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 7 days from the delivery date, with an additional 5-7 days allowed for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services.

  • Leather Jackets, wallets, socks, postcards, posters are non-returnable and non-exchangable items.

  • If you’ve bought using Snapmint EMI, please continue your payments with them even after you’ve returned the product. Once we process the refund from our end, the EMIs will automatically stop and all your installments will be refunded to your original payment source.

  • A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund for each order, irrespective of the number of items in the order. Therefore, if an order compromises multiple items, only one deduction of Rs 100 will be applied for the entire order, rather than per individual item. No charges will be applied to wrong or damaged products.

  • Your refunds will be provided to your original mode of payment.

  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you’ll have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin code.

  • Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will either exchange your product or process your refund within 7-10 business days based on your request. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • The request of exchange and return if the items will be accepted once. Any requests post that would unfortunately be declined.

  • We’d like to apologise in advance in case you receive damaged or wrong products. Our products go through stringent quality checks but very rarely, errors do seep through. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product & we will immediately exchange the affected items or provide a return & full refund.

  • We kindly request customers to report any issues with their order within the timeframe. After this period, we may not be able to assist with the request.

  • In case of Missing/ Wrong/ Damaged Products:
    An opening video of a parcel is mandatory to report missing /damaged/ wrong item from your order.

  • If the shipment comes to us as an RTO, we’d be deducting Rs 100 in the refund amount

  • Any items on Clearance sale or discounted more than 20% will not be eligible for returns or exchange.
