Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No problem. You are able to cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it, no questions asked (although we’d love to know what changed your mind). To cancel your order, please write to us at support@shopfootball.in with the subject line, 'Order Cancellation Request' and mention your Order ID.

  • If your order is shipped already, we won’t be able to cancel it, unfortunately.

  • In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at support@shopfootball.in within 1 hour of placing your order. Our customer support team will help you out.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

We currently offer domestic shipping across the country (India).

International Shipping: 

Yes, we do ship Internationally. Although, we don't take international orders through the website yet, You may DM us on Instagram or reach us at support@shopfootball.in to place your International order. Added Shipping costs will apply dependent on the country and number of products being ordered.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Within Bombay: 2-3 Business days. (If you have a special request, please reach out, we'd be happy to porter the order within Bombay provided you're willing to bear the porter charges).

  • Other Metropolitan Cities: 3-4 business days.

  • Rest of the Country: 5-7 business days.

  • Special Regions (J&K and North-east) : 7-10 business days.

  • International: 7-15 business days.

Please note that these timelines are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as product availability, order volume, and the destination address.

Shipping Partners:

We collaborate with trusted shipping partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our shipping partners are committed to handling your packages with care.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. You should receive a tracking link within 24-36 hours of placing your order, unless you’ve made a pre-order.

Order Delays:

On the off-chance that your order gets delayed, it's likely that it has happened due to a manufacturing delay or some other unforeseen issues by our courier partners. We would request you not to panic & we'll try to get your order delivered as soon as we can. We apologize in advance and thank you for your patience.
